What to Include

To help resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue or request
  • The model you were using, if applicable
  • Any relevant error messages or HTTP status codes
  • Approximate time the issue occurred (UTC preferred)

Common Topics

  • Rate limit increases. If the default limits don't fit your use case, reach out and we'll work something out.
  • Billing questions. Issues with credits, deposits, or charges — include your account email.
  • API errors. Unexpected 4xx or 5xx responses, broken streaming, or model availability issues.
  • Account access. Login issues, API key problems, or account recovery.
  • Refunds. See the Refund Policy first, then get in touch if you have a case.
