What to Include
To help resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- A clear description of the issue or request
- The model you were using, if applicable
- Any relevant error messages or HTTP status codes
- Approximate time the issue occurred (UTC preferred)
Common Topics
- Rate limit increases. If the default limits don't fit your use case, reach out and we'll work something out.
- Billing questions. Issues with credits, deposits, or charges — include your account email.
- API errors. Unexpected 4xx or 5xx responses, broken streaming, or model availability issues.
- Account access. Login issues, API key problems, or account recovery.
- Refunds. See the Refund Policy first, then get in touch if you have a case.
